Motivation
I first met Chelsea back In November when I started attending her weekly bootcamp class with my good friend. We didn’t know what we were in for but we were both so glad we started. If your looking for a quick challenging effective class, Chelsea delivers! Every week would be something new and and oh so effective! She works with you and pushes you every single time. A great motivator at the very least. Since starting my workouts with Chelsea I’m stronger and now believe I’m capable of so much more in my life. I give her many thanks for helping me with that and would and highly recommend her to your fitness routine!

LOVED THE PROGRAM
"First off, THANK YOU CHELSEA! I did two back to back Crush it with Chels Challenges and did not regret it. The online workouts were such a huge help in keeping me accountable with my busy schedule, even when I couldn't make the live morning workout, she sent out the recorded version for us to do on our own time. The crazy part is I took these after photos a few weeks after the challenge, as I was busy moving and life got in the way, BUT even though I have only done a few workouts here and there, I've managed to keep the results by keeping my eating in check. I am super happy with my results and definitely recommend anyone who wants to get back into a fitness routine to jump into the next challenge!

Powerhouse
I first met Chelsea back in november with my friend Ang, Chelsea had posted on a group in our small town wanting to start up boot camp. I asked my friend if she wanted to join with me. I have to admit I was pretty scared the first day and we both didn’t know what we were in for but we were both so glad we started. If your looking for a quick challenging effective class, Chelsea is your girl! Every week would be something new and and oh so effective! She works with you and pushes you every single time. Before I started boot camp with Chelsea, I had many failed workout attemps. Nothing seemed to work for me. None of them would stick. No matter how determined I was and how bad I wanted it I could not push myself. When I started Chelsea's boot camp it was difficult for me and I had alot to learn. She helped me with my form and pushed me to my fullest. There were days I wanted to give up and stop going but she helped get me through the self doubt. Going to her class every week helped me feel accountable and really made me push myself harder than I have have. After a few weeks I started noticing a huge improvement in my appearance and my self esteem. I started to look forward to going every week. I could have not have accomplished my weight loss with out her. I worked with her for just about 12 weeks and look forward to when boot camp opens up again!
