LEMON RASPBERRY LOAF

Directions:​

  • 1 cup Almond Flour

  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour

  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 cup Egg Whites

  • 1/4 cups maple syrup OR Honey

  • 1/2 cup Raspberries

  • 2 Full Lemons (Lemon Juice)

  • 5 TBSP Lemon Zest


1. Set Oven to 350 degrees

2. Line a pan with parchment paper.

3. Combine dry ingredients.

4. Combine all wet ingredients

5. Mix all ingredients together

6. Fold in raspberries.

7. Scoop into pan.

8. Bake for 30-40 mins

* Serves 8
