Crush it with Chels Challenge is a 6 week online group training experience combines all the benefits of personalized training to help each member achieve their fitness goals, while working together as an online community. I am here to keep you motivated and accountable, offering LIVE workouts 3 times a week - if you are unable to make that time, don't worry as I will be recording them and sending it out later in the day! I will be offering a clean eating guide, with a grocery list to help you stay on track.
I will provide household items that can be used if weights/equipment is not available --
All fitness levels are welcome, everyone has to start somewhere!
